Our objective is to facilitate and provide a safe youth boxing program for the community without distinction of race, gender, political and or religious belief. Our youth boxing program exist to help young individuals develop self-confidence and self-esteem along with teaching them discipline and respect for themselves and others. As leaders in our community, we play a vital role to elevate our next generation of youths to become productive citizens by teaching them core values and work ethics. The organization will be involved with voluntary community services and activity events that will help young individuals have sense of pride and identity within their community.
This program focuses on teaching youth athletes ages 8-18 years of age, basic boxing and motor skills in a fun and interactive environment, while promoting the values and interpersonal skills expressed in the program mission statement.
Many of our youth boxers have a goal of competing in USA Amateur Boxing. We offer small group training for young boxers that currently compete. This program focused is for current registered USA Boxing Athletes with a competitive focus. Approval from Coaches is required.
Our youth participants regularly give back to the Waipahu community by volunteering at local events and outreach programs—demonstrating leadership, aloha, and responsibility beyond the ring.
